STEP 1.Melt butter in a thick bottomed vessel and saute onions, garlic and vegetables for frw minutes.
STEP 2.Add water and cook for a minute.
STEP 3.Mix ragi flour with few spoons of water and make a paste.
STEP 4.Add this to the vessel with cooked vegetables and mix well.
STEP 5.Cook for some more time.
STEP 6.Add salt and pepper powder.
STEP 7.Serve when hot.
