Ingredients for Hayagriva Recipe

  • 0.33 Cups Bengal gram ( chana dal)
  • 1/4 cup Jaggery powder
  • 0.08 cup Grated coconut
  • 0.33 tsp Elaichi powder
  • 0.08 cup Dry fruits

Directions: Hayagriva Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak chana dal for an hour.
  • STEP 2.Cook till soft.
  • STEP 3.Heat jaggery powder with little water till jaggery dissolves.
  • STEP 4.Mix cooked chana dal.
  • STEP 5.Cook for some more time with grated copra till thick consistency is attained.
  • STEP 6.Add elaichi powder, ghee and dry fruits.
