Ingredients for Sorghum dry fruits laddu Recipe

  • 1/2 cups Jowar flour
  • 1/4 cup Almonds and cashews
  • 3/4 tsp fine soji
  • 1/4 cup Ghee
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1/4 cup Powdered jaggery

Directions: Sorghum Dry Fruits Laddu Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat about a tbsp of ghee in a thick bottomed pan. Add jowar flour and fry for 5 minutes. Keep aside for cooling.
  • STEP 2.In the same pan dry fry cashew nuts and badam and allow to cool.
  • STEP 3.Fry soji for 2 mins.
  • STEP 4.Make a coarse powder of dry fruits and jaggery.
  • STEP 5.Mix this powder, soji with jowar flour.
  • STEP 6.Add cardamom powder and ghee.
  • STEP 7.Make laddus and if necessary add few spoons of milk to make laddus.
