Ingredients for Ribbon pakoda Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Rice flour
  • 0.13 cup Besan
  • 0.13 gram Fried gram powder
  • 1 tsp Hot oil
  • 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.06 tsp Hing
  • 1/4 tsp jeera
  • to taste Salt
  • as required Oil for frying as required i

Directions: Ribbon Pakoda Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a bowl mix all the ingredients well.
  • STEP 2.Add water little by little and make a smooth and soft dough.
  • STEP 3.Oil the mould to be used for making ribbon pakoda and fix the ribbon pakoda plate.
  • STEP 4.Place a portion of dough in the mould and press the mould directly into hot oil . Keep moving the hand in circular motion.
  • STEP 5.Deep fry in hot oil.
