Ingredients for Palak bajji chat Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Beasan
  • 1/2 tbsp Rice flour
  • 1/4 tsp ajwain
  • As Required Palak leaves
  • As Required Finely chopped onions
  • As Required tomatoes and coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp Grated carrot
  • 1/2 tbsp Pomegranate seeds
  • As Required Chat masala red chilli powder
  • As Required Lemon juice
  • as required Salt
  • A Pinch Cooking soda
  • as required Oil

Directions: Palak Bajji Chat Recipe

  • STEP 1.Make a thick batter ( without any lumps ) by mixing besan, rice flour, turmeric,soda ajwain,salt and water. Clean the palak leaves and dip them in batter and coat them with batter on both sides. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. Arrange in a plate. Start adding chat masala, chilli powder , chopped onions, coriander, tomatoes grated carrot, pomegranate seeds, lemon juice and salt.
