Ingredients for Mangalore bonda Recipe

  • 0.33 cup maida
  • 0.08 cup Rice flour
  • 0.67 tsp fine soji
  • 0.67 tsp Chilli paste
  • 0.08 cup Finely chopped coriander and curry leaves
  • 0.17 cup Finely chopped onions
  • 0.67 tsp Sabudana
  • 0.17 cup Sour curd
  • 0.33 Pinches Cooking soda little
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Mangalore Bonda Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix all the ingredients in a bowl except soda. ( Add little water if necessary )
  • STEP 2.Keep aside for 2 hrs.
  • STEP 3.Just before deep frying add cooking soda.
  • STEP 4.Serve with green chutney/ ketchup.
