  • 3.33 Pieces Marie biscuits
  • 0.33 cup Khoya
  • 0.08 cup Ghee/ melted butter
  • 0.08 cup Sugar
  • 0.67 tsp Dry fruits
  • 0.33 tsp Cardamom powder

Directions: Khoya Biscuit Tarts Recipe

  • STEP 1.Grind biscuits with cardamom to a coarse powder.
  • STEP 2.Mix with melted butter or ghee with hand till holds shape.
  • STEP 3.Make round shape like patties and freeze it for an hour.
  • STEP 4.Heat khoya in a thick bottomed pan till soft
  • STEP 5.Mix sugar and chopped dry fruits.
  • STEP 6.Let the mixture cool.
  • STEP 7.Apply it on the frozen crust and freeze for an hour. Tasty khoya tarts ready.
