Ingredients for Moong badam halwa Recipe

  • 0.33 cup moong dal
  • 0.08 cup Badam
  • 0.33 cup Sugar
  • 1.67 tbsp Ghee
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 0.33 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 0.33 tsp Cashew nuts
  • 0.33 Tsp Dry grapes

Directions: Moong Badam Halwa Recipe

  • STEP 1.After frying moong dal and badam , powder them to a coarse powder.
  • STEP 2.Heat half quantity of ghee in a thick bottomed pan.
  • STEP 3.Fry cashew nuts and dry grapes. Keep aside
  • STEP 4.In the same pan add powder from mixie jar.
  • STEP 5.Keep roasting for about 5 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Slowly pour milk, mix well.
  • STEP 7.Add sugar and keep stirring till sugar dissolves.
  • STEP 8.Add remaining quantity of ghee and elaichi powder.
  • STEP 9.Garnish with dry fruits
