Ingredients for Ragi soup ( finger millet soup ) Recipe

  • 1 tbsp Ragi flour
  • 1/2 tsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped onions
  • 1/4 g Chopped garlic
  • 1 Tsp Carrots
  • 0.13 tsp pepper powder

Directions: Ragi Soup ( Finger Millet Soup ) Recipe

  • STEP 1.Melt butter in a thick bottomed vessel and saute onions, garlic and vegetables for frw minutes.
  • STEP 2.Add water and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Mix ragi flour with few spoons of water and make a paste.
  • STEP 4.Add this to the vessel with cooked vegetables and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Cook for some more time.
  • STEP 6.Add salt and pepper powder.
  • STEP 7.Serve when hot.
