STEP 1.Boil vegetables in the cooker for 1 whistle.
STEP 2.Shallow fry panner and keep aside..
STEP 3.Boil basmati rice up to 75% by adding oil and whole garam masala in water and strain excess water.
STEP 4.In a thick bottomed vessel add ghee,oil,jeera, Ginger garlic paste, onions fry well.. now add tomatoes fry 5mins later add boiled veggies, briyani powder,salt, turemaric powder,curd , coriander leaves,pudina few mix well till oil separates...
STEP 5.Now take half the masala in a bowl ... To the vessel with half masala add cooked rice half add some pudina , coriander leaves,ghee then repeat the process and dum cook for 20mins .. add panner and partially mix..
STEP 6.Serve with a raita..
