Ingredients for Millets kichidi paddu Recipe

  • As required Ingredients required
  • 0.33 nos Chopped onion-
  • 0.17 tsp Mustard seed -
  • 0.17 tsp Cumin seeds -
  • As required Curry leaves few
  • 0.67 nos green chillies
  • 0.33 tsp garlic finely chopped
  • 0.17 tsp coriander powder
  • As required Green peas - boiled and mashed slightly
  • 0.17 cup Palakfinely chopped
  • 0.67 tbsp Rice Flour
  • As required salt to taste
  • 0.33 tsp Turmeric Powder -
  • 0.33 tsp Chilly powder
  • 0-0.33 nos Boiled milletscup (any of your choice)
  • As required Cashews few
  • 1 tbsp oil and ghee

Directions: Millets Kichidi Paddu Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a pan add oil and ghee to heat now add mustard seeds,cumin seeds fry well, to it add onions, later add green chillies ,garlic finely chopped saute well.. now add palak,curry leaves fry and add mashed green peas... Mix well..n add coriander powder,salt, turmeric powder,cashews, mix and cook at the end add boiled millets and mix and add water if required...
  • STEP 2.Now allow it to cool down and mix rice flour ,chilly powder mix well and keep aside
  • STEP 3.Meanwhile heat paddu tawa add little oil pour in this mixture and fry evenly 😍❤️❤️
  • STEP 4.Serve with sauce or chutney.. Garnish as skewers with some onions and capsicum
  • STEP 5.Very yummy and healthy 😍😍
