  • 0.17 Litre Curd
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar powder
  • 0.33 Tsp elaichi
  • 0.67 Tsp Mix chooped dry fruits
  • 0.67 Tbsp Chopped mangoes few

Directions: Mango Srikhand Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a muslin cloth add the curd and tie it for about 4 hours.. hung curd is ready..
  • STEP 2.Prepare pulp of mangoes.
  • STEP 3.Now take a bowl add the hung curd,mango pulp, elaichi powder,sugar powder mix well and refrigerate for 30mins.. serve chilled with some dry fruits, mango pieces,rose petals...
