Ingredients for Masaledar millet kichidi Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Oodalu millet (Barnyard millets)
  • 0.13 cup Red lentil or Masoor dal
  • 0.13 cup Hesarubele
  • 1/2 nos Wash and Soak this for hrs and keep a side .
  • As required For Grinding
  • 1/4 cup fresh coconut
  • 0.13 nos sp jeera
  • 1.25 nos Peppers
  • 1/2 nos green chillies
  • 3/4 nos Cloves
  • 1/4 inch Ginger
  • 1 nos Garlic pods
  • 1/2 bunches palak
  • As required Grind it and keep a side .
  • As required Vegetables
  • 1/4 cup Carrot
  • 1/4 cup Beans
  • 1/4 cup Chow chow / Seemebadnekayi
  • 1/4 cup Onions
  • 1.25 nos Oil sp
  • 1/4 nos Jeera sp
  • 1/2 nos Ghee sp

Directions: Masaledar Millet Kichidi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Now take a Cooker add oil jeera and all veggies mix well .
  • STEP 2.Now add ground paste to it and cook for 2 min add salt for taste and water 3 cups .
  • STEP 3.Let it boil now add soaked dals and millet and close the lid and wait for 3 whistles.
  • STEP 4.Let it cool now open it and mix well lastly give ghee tadka with garlic jeera red chill and curryleaves .mix well serve hot hot with Raitha .
  • STEP 5.Healthy and tasty
  • STEP 6.MAZEDAAR MILLETS KICHDI IS READY TO EAT.
