STEP 1.Grate bottle gourd and squeeze excess water.
STEP 2.Now in a pan add 2tbsp ghee and fry this bottle gourd for 10mins or till it becomes a little soft. Now add milk and cook till it becomes soft... Now add khoya , sugar mix well till everything combines well.. decorate with cashews and golden foil and enjoy hot or cold with icecream 🍨🍦
