Ingredients for BABUL BIRYANI Recipe

  • 1/2 Cups Rice
  • 1/4 Cup Orange juice of
  • 1/4 Tsp Jeera
  • 1/4 Cup Onions
  • As Required Carrot
  • 1/4 Cup beans and baby aloo
  • 1/4 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut milk
  • 1/2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Jeera
  • 1/4 Tsp Coriander seeds
  • 0.13 Tsp Sounf
  • 1/2 Pieces Elaichi
  • 1/4 Inch Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Tsp Pepper corns
  • 2.50 Pieces Shallots
  • 1.25 Pieces Garlic
  • 0.13 Inch Ginger
  • 1 Pieces Green chillies
  • 0.13 Cup Pudina and coriander leaves

Directions: Babul Biryani Recipe

  • STEP 1.Method
  • STEP 2.*Dry roast ingredients for masala powder (jeera,sounf, coriander seeds, cinnamon, elachi,cloves) and make smooth powder.
  • STEP 3.*Add all ingredients (shallots,pudina, coriander leaves, garlic,ginger, green chillies) for masala paste in a mixer make smooth paste.
  • STEP 4.In a cooker add oil,jeera , onions fry well... Now add vegetables fry well add, ground paste, powder mix well till oil separates.. now add coconut milk, water ,salt rice mix well at the end add orange juice and mix well.. cook for 2 whistles and serve with raita...
