Ingredients for KOTHAMBIR VADA TIKKI Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Besan
  • 0.33 cup Corainder leaves chopped
  • 0.33 tsp Ginger and garlic
  • 0.17 tsp Hing
  • 1 tbsp Crushed ground nuts
  • 0.33 tbsp Seasame seeds
  • 1 nos green chillies
  • 0.33 tsp garam masala
  • 0.33 tsp jeera powder
  • 0.33 nos Lemon juice of lemon
  • As required salt to taste
  • As required mustard seeds
  • As required Oil
  • 1/2 cups Water

Directions: Kothambir Vada Tikki Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add all the ingredients together mix with water except oil and mix well... In a non stick pan add little oil mustard seeds and this besan mixture and cook till it leaves the pan... Cool it in a plate cut into pieces...
  • STEP 2.Onion 1
  • STEP 3.Capsicum 1
  • STEP 4.Vijay gold besan 1/2cup
  • STEP 5.Daniya powder 1/2tsp
  • STEP 6.Cumin powder 1/2tsp
  • STEP 7.Chilly powder 1/2tsp
  • STEP 8.Salt
  • STEP 9.Curd 1/2cup
  • STEP 10.Method
  • STEP 11.Cut onions and capsicum into cubes.
  • STEP 12.In a bowl add curd,besan, cumin powder, daniya powder,chilly powder,salt.. mix well. Add little of this mixture into onion and capsicum.mix and marinate for 30mins.
  • STEP 13.Take a pan add oil shallow fry marinated onion and capsicum..
  • STEP 14.Similarly dip the kothambir vada in the besan curd mixture and shallow fry till brown.. and pierce into toothpick and serve.
