STEP 1.Add all the ingredients together mix with water except oil and mix well... In a non stick pan add little oil mustard seeds and this besan mixture and cook till it leaves the pan... Cool it in a plate cut into pieces...

STEP 6.Cumin powder 1/2tsp
STEP 7.Chilly powder 1/2tsp

STEP 10.Method
STEP 11.Cut onions and capsicum into cubes.
STEP 12.In a bowl add curd,besan, cumin powder, daniya powder,chilly powder,salt.. mix well. Add little of this mixture into onion and capsicum.mix and marinate for 30mins.
STEP 13.Take a pan add oil shallow fry marinated onion and capsicum..
STEP 14.Similarly dip the kothambir vada in the besan curd mixture and shallow fry till brown.. and pierce into toothpick and serve.
