STEP 2.In a bowl add each ingredient one by one mix well with water and allow to rest for 20mins..
STEP 3.Now roll into a bit thick chapatis and cut into the desired shape and size.. here I have used a round cutter.
STEP 4.Poke in the fork so that it will not raise and become fluffy instead it becomes crispy.
STEP 5.Now transfer into a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven @180°c for 15mins.
STEP 6.Cool down completely and serve.
