  • As required Khada masala
  • 1/2 onions for beresta
  • As required Mix veggies
  • 1/2 tomatoes for puree
  • 1/2 tablespoon ginger ,garlic chilli paste
  • 0.19 cup hung curd
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon Milk
  • 2.50 kesar strands
  • 1/2 tablespoon Butter
  • As required Handful of coriander leaves
  • As required Handful of mint leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • teaspoon turmeric powder half
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander pwd
  • 0.06 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/4 tablespoon biryani masala + to sprinkle on top
