As millet is very very healthy for us.. and it has amazing health benefits.. I feel bored to eat millet as it is and want to add flavours and make it attractive for my son to eat it...
STEP 1.*Soak saame millet for 1 hour and pressure cook with 1:3 water or boil for 20 to 30mins in open vessel. Allow to cool down.
STEP 2.*Boil potato and mash.
STEP 3.*Chop onion, capsicum and tomato into small cubes.
STEP 4.* Blanche broccoli florets and wash nicely and then chop finely.
STEP 5.*In a bowl add boiled millet,Dil leaves, broccoli,green moong dal Sprouts, boiled potato, ginger garlic paste, chilly powder, kitchen King masala,chat masala,salt,lemon, besan mix well.
STEP 6.*Make patties and refrigerate for 15mins.
STEP 7.*Now on tawa apply oil roast the cutlets on one side ,turn it on other side ,now apply tomato sauce on it ,later add some cheese, tomato, onion, capsicum cubes and close the lid and cook till cheese melts...
STEP 8.Yummy yummy millet cutlet pizza is ready.. serve with sauce...
