  • 0.17 tsp Chilly powder
  • 0.17 tsp jeera powder
  • As required Salt
  • As required Baking soda pinch
  • As required Hing pinch
  • 0.17 tsp Kasuri methi
  • As required Turemaric powder pinch
  • 0.33 nos Onion chopped
  • 0.17 nos Capsicum chopped
  • 0.33 nos Tomato chopped
  • As required Cheese
  • 0.17 tsp chilly flakes
  • 0.17 tsp Oregano
  • 0.33 tsp tomato sauce
  • 0.33 tbsp Pizza Sauce
  • As required Oil

  • STEP 1.In a bowl take besan to it add chilly powder,jeera powder,salt, hing , turemaric powder, kasuri methi,oil , baking soda mix well with water and make dough..
  • STEP 2.Now roll this dough cut into a small round shape .. fit in a silicon mould and bake in a pre heated oven at 180°c for 12mins...
  • STEP 3.In a kadai add oil , onion, capsicum fry well now add oregano, chilly flakes, tomato sauce,salt Tomato mix well fry and filling is ready...
  • STEP 4.Take the prepared katoris apply pizza sauce in it add the filling and top it with cheese .. now microwave these katoris for 10sec on high or till cheese melts...
