STEP 1.Make a thick batter ( without any lumps ) by mixing besan, rice flour, turmeric,soda ajwain,salt and water.
Clean the palak leaves and dip them in batter and coat them with batter on both sides.
Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
Arrange in a plate.
Start adding chat masala, chilli powder , chopped onions, coriander, tomatoes grated carrot, pomegranate seeds, lemon juice and salt.
