  • 1/4 cup Makhana
  • 1/4 cup Sabudana
  • 0.13 cup Ground nuts
  • 1/4 Pieces boiled and mashed potato
  • 1/2 tbsp Rajgira flour
  • 1/2 tbsp Curd
  • 1/4 tsp jeera powder
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • to taste Salt
  • as required Oil

How to Make Makhana Sticks Recipe

STEP 01

Fry makhana, sabudana and ground nuts in a thick bottomed pan till crisp.

STEP 02

Grind to a smooth powder.

STEP 03

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.

STEP 04

Add water slowly and make a dough to be used in chakli mould.

STEP 05

Deep fry in hot oil.
