- 1/4 cup Sabudana
- 0.13 cup Ground nuts
- 1/4 Pieces boiled and mashed potato
- 1/2 tbsp Rajgira flour
- 1/2 tbsp Curd
- 1/4 tsp jeera powder
- 1/4 tsp Chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Chopped coriander leaves

How to Make Makhana Sticks Recipe
STEP 01
Fry makhana, sabudana and ground nuts in a thick bottomed pan till crisp.
STEP 02
Grind to a smooth powder.
STEP 03
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
STEP 04
Add water slowly and make a dough to be used in chakli mould.
STEP 05
Deep fry in hot oil.
