#FEM5K A superb starter / side dish for all chicken lovers…… its Crispy Chicken in Red Sauce.
its fried chicken in spicy red sauce.
It is crispy yet juicy and sweet and spicy coated with red sauce.
STEP 6.in moderately heated pan , add oil , add the coated chicken pieces and shallow fry under medium flame .
STEP 7.fry till golden brown on both sides, keep aside. It takes around 10 - 12 minutes.
STEP 8.In same pan add finely chopped ( 1 tsp ) garlic and sauté till golden brown, then add the Kashmiri red chilli slurry and cook for 2 minutes.
STEP 9.add tomato sauce + vinegar + salt + pepper powder and cook for few seconds under medium flame. Then add chicken pieces + 1/4 cup water and cook for 4-5 minutes under medium flame.
STEP 10.lastly add honey + corn kernels and mix well.
Simmer for 1 minute.
STEP 11.dish is ready to serve.
STEP 12.transfer to serving dish and serve immediately for enjoying the crispness.
