Ingredients for Zero Oil Chicken Soup Recipe

  • 100 grams Tender chicken
  • 1/2 Pieces Medium tomato
  • 1/2 Pieces Small onion
  • 1 tbsp Chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 Pieces Small carrot
  • 1 tbsp Chopped capsicum
  • 1 Pieces green chilli
  • 1.50 Pieces Cardamom
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 1.25 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup vegetable / chicken stock
  • 1/2 tsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Corn Flour ( optional )

Directions: Zero Oil Chicken Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.assemble ingredients
  • STEP 2.Marinade chicken with salt and pepper, keep aside for half an hour.
  • STEP 3.In pressure cooker, add chicken and veggies, ginger garlic also.
  • STEP 4.Add water , cardamom, salt and pepper as per requirement, close lid and pressure cook under medium flame for 4-5 whistles.
  • STEP 5.Turn off flame, keep in stand by till pressure release by itself. Discard cardamom pods and green chilli.
  • STEP 6.Now pour in serving bowl, serve hot hot by adding butter for extra deliciousness.
  • STEP 7.if want thicker soup then add corn flour mix in 3 tbsp water , pour into soup and cook for 2 minutes, soup thickens.
