Ingredients for Crispy Chicken in Red Sauce Recipe

  • 100 gram Boneless chicken
  • 1/2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic
  • 1.50 tsp Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1.50 tbsp Sweet corn
  • 1/2 Pieces Egg
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1.50 Tbsp Oil
  • 0.13 cup Warm water

Directions: Crispy Chicken In Red Sauce Recipe

  • STEP 1.Marinade chicken with ginger garlic paste + red chilli powder + salt + lemon juice. Marinade for 2 hours.
  • STEP 2.assemble other ingredients, make a medium slurry of Kashmiri red chilli powder and keep aside.
  • STEP 3.break egg and whisk by adding little salt. Keep aside.
  • STEP 4.in moderately heated pzz add 1 tsp oil, add corn kernels and saute for around 2 minutes and keep aside.
  • STEP 5.take marinaded chicken, add 4 tbsp egg mixture + corn flour and mix nicely.
  • STEP 6.in moderately heated pan , add oil , add the coated chicken pieces and shallow fry under medium flame .
  • STEP 7.fry till golden brown on both sides, keep aside. It takes around 10 - 12 minutes.
  • STEP 8.In same pan add finely chopped ( 1 tsp ) garlic and sauté till golden brown, then add the Kashmiri red chilli slurry and cook for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 9.add tomato sauce + vinegar + salt + pepper powder and cook for few seconds under medium flame. Then add chicken pieces + 1/4 cup water and cook for 4-5 minutes under medium flame.
  • STEP 10.lastly add honey + corn kernels and mix well. Simmer for 1 minute.
  • STEP 11.dish is ready to serve.
  • STEP 12.transfer to serving dish and serve immediately for enjoying the crispness.
