Ingredients for Chicken stuffed Omelette Recipe

  • 2 tbsp shredded Chicken ( cooked )
  • 1.50 g Egg
  • 1.50 tsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Chopped onion
  • 1.50 tbsp Chopped tomato
  • 1 Pieces chopped green chilli
  • 1/2 g Pinch turmeric
  • 1/2 Pieces Cheese cube
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1.50 g Salt

  • STEP 1.Assemble ingredients

  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl break eggs, add milk + salt + chopped veggies and whisk well.

  • STEP 3.take shredded chicken

  • STEP 4.Grease pan with butter, put it on low flame, pour egg mixture and spread evenly around pan.

  • STEP 5.Cook for 4-5 minutes under low flame, flip it with help of a plate and transfer to pan. add a layer of grated cheese on any one side of omelette and then add chicken.

  • STEP 6.now again add layer of cheese over shredded chicken

  • STEP 7.Fold the Omelette very gently in the way that cheese gets covered and cook further by covering for 4-5 minutes by pressing gently so that cheese melts and chicken gets sticked with cheese.

  • STEP 8.transfer gently to serving dish and allow to cool down slightly, then cut into pieces.

  • STEP 9.serve with salads and enjoy to the fullest.
