Pasta is always a hit amongst kids and youngsters and an excellent snacking or brunch. But it is more inviting when pasta is combined with chicken and yummy mango as we are fully into mango season.

Ingredients for Mango Chicken Pasta Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Boiled pasta
  • 75 grams Chicken (small pieces)
  • 1/2 cup Mango pulp
  • 1.50 g reen Chilli
  • 1/2 Pieces Medium onion
  • 1 tbsp Chopped carrot
  • 1 tbsp Chopped capsicum
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 Pieces Lemon
  • 1.50 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tsp Salt

Directions: Mango Chicken Pasta Recipe

  • STEP 1.Marinade chicken pieces with salt + pepper powder + lemon juice and marinade for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Assemble ingredients
  • STEP 3.In moderately heated pan add oil, add marinade chicken pieces and fry them till turn soft under medium flame.
  • STEP 4.Fry for around 10 minutes and keep aside.
  • STEP 5.In same pan add oil, add chopped onion + green chilli and sauté for few seconds and add chopped carrot + capsicum and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Add mango pulp, mix well and cook for around 2 minutes.
  • STEP 7.Then add pasta + salt + pepper powder + chicken and mix gently.
  • STEP 8.Simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes and dish is ready.
  • STEP 9.final dish is done
