So presenting Chicken Mac n Cheese loaded with chicken and veggies where chicken is coated with cheesy sauce . A complete chicken and cheesy macaroni dish which is ideal for kids .

Ingredients for Chicken Mac n Cheese Recipe

  • 1 cup Boiled macaroni
  • 1.25 cup Milk
  • 2.50 tbsp Shredded chicken
  • 1/2 Pieces Small onion
  • 1 tbsp Chopped carrot
  • 1 tbsp Chopped capsicum
  • 1.50 tbsp Sweet corn
  • 1/2 tbsp maida
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 Pieces Cheese slice
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped garlic

Directions: Chicken Mac N Cheese Recipe

  • STEP 1.assemble ingredients
  • STEP 2.take boiled macaroni and cooked chicken which have been shredded.
  • STEP 3.in moderately heated pan add oil + butter, add chopped garlic and sute for few seconds, then add onion and sauté .
  • STEP 4.now add carrot + capsicum + corn and saute for 2-3 minutes
  • STEP 5.now add maida and sauté for around 2 minutes or till maida turns aromatic.
  • STEP 6.now add milk and wait for a boil, then add pepper powder + oregano + salt and mix well.
  • STEP 7.now add cheese and keep stirring so that cheese melts nicely. Cook for around 2 minutes
  • STEP 8.now add chicken and cook under medium flame for around 1 minute
  • STEP 9.now add macaroni and mix gently, Mixture thickens .
  • STEP 10.simmer and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • STEP 11.now dish is ready.
