Ingredients for Crunchy Chicken Salad Recipe

  • 50 gram Shredded chicken
  • 1.50 tbsp Grated carrot
  • 1/2 Pieces very small onion
  • 1.50 tbsp Chopped cucumber
  • 1 tbsp Chopped tomato
  • 1.50 tbsp 3-4 tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 Pieces Boiled eggs
  • 1 tbsp Roasted peanuts
  • 5 g Salt ......as per taste

Directions: Crunchy Chicken Salad Recipe

  • STEP 1.Slice / chop 1 egg into pieces.
  • STEP 2.Assemble all ingredients
  • STEP 3.In mixing bowl take shredded chicken.
  • STEP 4.Add all veggies + egg
  • STEP 5.Add hung curd
  • STEP 6.Add salt + pepper powder
  • STEP 7.Mix gently , lastly add peanuts and toss it.
  • STEP 8.Transfer to serving dish and garnish with sliced eggs and few peanuts.
