Vegetable Cutlets As we have almost entered into Monsoon and Monsoon is all about having crispy and spicy cutlets / fritters along with tea / coffee and enjoy rain. So presenting cutlets in this season……. Mouthwatering Crispy Vegetable Cutlets Cutlets are mix of veggies like Carrot, Capsicum, Potato and Beetroot.

Ingredients for vegetable Cutlet Recipe

  • 1/4 Pieces Medium beetroot
  • 1/4 Pieces Small carrot
  • 3/4 Pieces Medium potato
  • 3/4 Tbsp tbsp chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 Pieces green chilli
  • 0.13 tsp Coriander powder
  • 0.13 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.13 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 Pieces Ginger
  • 1.25 tsp Bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp maida
  • 1/4 tbsp Salt
  • 3/4 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 g Rock salt

Directions: Vegetable Cutlet Recipe

  • STEP 1.assemble ingredients

  • STEP 2.In moderately heated pan add oil, add ginger + 1 green chilli and sauté for few seconds then add carrot + beetroot + green chilli and sauté for 3-4 minutes.

  • STEP 3.Then add capsicum + salt and sauté for 3-4 minutes.

  • STEP 4.Now add mashed potatoes and all spices, mix well and sauté for 4-5 minutes till veggies leaves pan.

  • STEP 5.Mixture for cutlet is ready. Allow to cool and discard the green chilies.

  • STEP 6.Make shape of cutlets, give any shape of your choice.

  • STEP 7.Make a medium slurry of maida + water + little salt, dip each cutlet in slurry and then coat with bread crumbs.

  • STEP 8.Heat oil (medium heat) drop each cutlet and shallow fry both sides till golden brown and crisp.

  • STEP 9.sprinkle rock salt and serve .
