Ingredients for healthy Chicken Sandwich Recipe

  • 2 Pieces Bread slice
  • 2.50 tbsp Shredded chicken
  • 1/2 Pieces boiled Eg
  • 1.50 tbsp Chopped cucumber
  • 1.50 tbsp Grated carrot
  • 1 tbsp chopped tomato
  • 1.50 tbsp Chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp hung curd
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt

Directions: Healthy Chicken Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.Assemble ingredients

  • STEP 2.Chop boiled egg, take shredded chicken in a mixture bowl and add salt+ pepper powder.

  • STEP 3.Add chopped egg + veggies + curd to the bowl and give a good mix.

  • STEP 4.Take bread slices, apply a thick layer of prepared mixture, cover with other bread slice and press gently.

  • STEP 5.Refrigerate for 5 minutes, cut diagonally and sandwich is ready.
