STEP 1.Take coconut water in a bowl & soak the chia seeds in it for an hour.
STEP 2.Boil liquid jaggery in a hot pan & stir it in low flame.Add chopped tender coconut, cardamom powder, cashew nuts.Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
STEP 3.Add soya milk & roasted semolina in jaggery.Mix it well & boil it for 5 to 7 minutes more.
STEP 4.After that add chia seeds & cook it for 2 to 3 minutes more .
STEP 5.Switch off the flame now & make it cool in room temperature.
STEP 6.Then keep it in fridge, decorate with cherry or any of your favourite dry fruits. Just before serving add extra chopped tender coconut.
STEP 7.Serve chilled....😊😊😊
