STEP 1.Soak 10gms china grass in ½ cup water for 15 minutes.

STEP 1.In a pan, transfer the china grass-water mix.
STEP 2.Heat on a medium-low flame till the china grass is fully dissolved.

STEP 1.In a mixer grinder add 1 cup of tender coconut pulp and ½ cup of tender coconut water. Blend well.
STEP 2.Set a saucepan on the stove. Pour in 1 ½ cup of milk and 200ml condensed milk. Continue stirring.
STEP 3.Pour in the melted china grass to the mix and continue stirring.
STEP 4.After 10 minutes of continuous stirring turn off the flame and add blended coconut pulp and coconut water.
STEP 5.Transfer into a bowl. Let it cool at room temperature for half an hour.
STEP 6.Refrigerate for 8 hours and serve chilled.
