#BPF It's a leftover recipe. I have made leftover rajmachawal lolipop. These lolipops would certainly be your kids favourite snacks. It can be serve as party starter.

Ingredients for Cheesy Rajma Chawal Lolipop Recipe

  • 1/2 Cups Boiled rice
  • 1/2 Cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 25 g Boiled Rajma
  • 3/4 Tsp Onion paste
  • 1/2 Tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1/4 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 Pieces Bay leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 Pieces Dry red chilli
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Pieces Green chilli paste
  • 1/2 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 Tsp Sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp Kasuri methi
  • Handful Chopped coriander leaves
  • As Required onion ring
  • 1/4 Tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Cumin powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Chat masala
  • To Taste Salt
  • 5 g Gram flour
  • 5 g Corn flour
  • 3/4 Pieces Bread slices
  • 1/2 Cups Breadcrumbs
  • As Required Oil for frying
  • 1/2 Tbsp Peanuts

Directions: Cheesy Rajma Chawal Lolipop Recipe

  • STEP 1.🌹Overnight soak the rajma first & then boil it.
  • STEP 2.🌹 Heat 2tbspn oil in a pan & then add bay leaves & cumin seeds. Let it crackle.
  • STEP 3.🌹 Add onion paste,tomato paste , geen chilli paste & ginger garlic paste then. Fry it for few minutes in high.
  • STEP 4.🌹Add salt & all spices. Saute it for few more minutes.
  • STEP 5.🌹Add boiled rajma then. Mix it well .Don't add water because we need dry rajma for lollipop. Cook it well.
  • STEP 6.🌹When oil will start to leave the sides of the pan then add crushed kasuri methi & 2tbspn chopped coriander leaves.
  • STEP 7.🌹 Rajma is ready.
  • STEP 8.🌹For spicy onion masala, take onion rings in a bowl. Add salt, kashmiri red chilli, cumin powder & chat masala. Mix it well. Keep aside .
  • STEP 9.🌹Now in a mixing bowl, take rajma, rice & bread slices. Grind it for 2 to 3 seconds. Don't make it's paste because when you will bite the lollipops ,you should feel the rajma seeds.
  • STEP 10.🌹Add peanuts, some spicy onion mixture & chopped coriander leaves with this paste.
  • STEP 11.🌹Now wet your palm with water. Take little portion from paste & flatten it. Put 2tbspn grated cheese in it & make any shape of lollipops.
  • STEP 12.🌹Make a thick batter of gram flour, cornflour, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder & little water.
  • STEP 13.🌹Dip the lollipops in the batter & coated with breadcrumbs.
  • STEP 14.🌹Dip fry it in medium heat till it turns golden brown.
  • STEP 15.🌹Serve it hot with any of your favourite dip sauce & salads.
