Ingredients for Tofu Walnut Curry Recipe

  • 66.67 g Tofu (Soya paneer)
  • 5 Pieces Walnuts
  • 0.33 Pieces Onion
  • 1 Pieces Green chilli
  • 0.67 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 0.33 Pieces Tomato
  • 0.33 Tsp Lemon juice
  • 0.67 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.67 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.33 Tsp Cumin powder
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.33 Cups Peas
  • 0.33 Tsp Kasuri methi
  • 0.33 Tsp Coconut oil
  • 0.67 Cups Coconut milk

Directions: Tofu Walnut Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.At first marinate the tofu with 1tspn ginger garlic paste,salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder & lemon juice.Keep rest for 20 mins.
  • STEP 2.Dry roast the walnut & then make a powder of it.Then add little water & make a smooth paste.
  • STEP 3.Now heat 1tspn coconut oil in a pan,add finely chopped onion, green chilli & ginger garlic paste.Saute it for few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add tomato paste then.Stir it constantly.
  • STEP 5.Add walnut paste,salt & all spices.
  • STEP 6.Mix it well & add 1/2cup coconut milk.Cook it for 2 to 3 minutes & then add marinated tofu.
  • STEP 7.Mix the marinated tofu & peas with spices & add 1cup coconut milk.Cover it & let it cook for 5 more minutes.
  • STEP 8.After 5 minutes, check salt & gravy.If it is ok, then add crushed kasuri methi & switch off the flame.
  • STEP 9.It's ready to serve...Enjoy😊😊😊
