STEP 1.1) Boil potatoes in pressure cooker until 1 whistle. Don't overcook. Then press them slightly and gently and flatten them.
STEP 2.2) In a mixing bowl take all purpose flour and cornflour. Add salt, black pepper powder and chili flakes. Mix well. Add water gradually and prepare semithick lumpfree batter.
STEP 3.3) Dip each potato in batter and deep fry in hot oil until golden.
STEP 4.4) In a mixing bowl take mayonnaise. Add salt, black pepper powder, red chili sauce, chili flakes, oregano, kashmiri red chili powder, garlic paste and chopped onion.
STEP 5.5) Add milk and combine well and prepare semithick sauce.
STEP 6.6)In a serving plate arrange potatoes. Pour prepared sauce over them. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and some chopped onion. Sprinkle some chilli flakes and enjoy delicious cajun spiced potato at home.
