Mango squash Recipe

This recipe is without preservatives and food colour. It can be done in half an hour and we can store this for 1-2 months in fridge. Perfect for summer cooler. Make different beverages from this. Here I have made simple mango squash and mint chilli mango squash.

Ingredients for Mango squash Recipe

  • 0.03 cup 1 and 1/2 cup mang
  • 0.03 cup 1 and 1/2 cup sug
  • 0.07 teaspoon Citric acid
  • 0.33 pieces 5-6 pieces
  • 0.07 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 0.03 g reen Chilli

Directions: Mango Squash Recipe

  • STEP 1.1) wash, peel, cut mangoes and blend them and make 1 and 1/2 cup mango pulp .
  • STEP 2.2) First prepare one string chasni. In a pan take sugar. Add water upto the level of sugar and bring to boil.
  • STEP 3.3) Stir continuously. When it comes to boil add citric acid and mix it.
  • STEP 4.4) After sometime impurities will float on the surface if any. Discard this impurities with spoon.
  • STEP 5.5) Cook until get one string consistency. Switch off the flame. Cool down for sometimes. Then add mango pulp and mix well.
  • STEP 6.6) Strain the mixture. Cool down completely. Then fill with sterile bottle. Keep in fridge.
  • STEP 7.You can store for atleast 1-2 month.
  • STEP 8.7) For mango sharbat: In a serving glass take 3-4 tablespoon mango squash. Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Add chilled water and ice cubes. Stir it and enjoy.
  • STEP 9.8) For mint chilli mango squash: In a blender jar or chutney bowl take 3-4 tablespoon mango squash, 5-6 mint leaves, green chili and lemon juice. Blend them
  • STEP 10.9) Transfer into a glass. Add chilled water or soda and ice cubes. Stir it. Sprinkle some red chili powder and enjoy.
