Ingredients for Cajun spiced potato Recipe

  • 3.33 Pieces Baby potatoes
  • As Required For batter
  • 0.17 cup All purpose flour
  • 0.08 cup Cornflour
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.17 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 0.33 teaspoon Chilli flakes
  • As Required for cajun sauce
  • 0.17 cup Eggless mayonnaise
  • 0.67 cup Cup Milk or
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.17 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 0.17 teaspoon Chili flakes
  • 0.33 teaspoon Red chili sauce
  • 0.33 tablespoon Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 0.33 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 0.33 Pieces Finely chopped onion
  • 0.17 teaspoon Oregano
  • as required other ingredients
  • as required Oil for frying
  • 0.33 tablespoon Chopped coriander leaves

Directions: Cajun Spiced Potato Recipe

  • STEP 1.1) Boil potatoes in pressure cooker until 1 whistle. Don't overcook. Then press them slightly and gently and flatten them.
  • STEP 2.2) In a mixing bowl take all purpose flour and cornflour. Add salt, black pepper powder and chili flakes. Mix well. Add water gradually and prepare semithick lumpfree batter.
  • STEP 3.3) Dip each potato in batter and deep fry in hot oil until golden.
  • STEP 4.4) In a mixing bowl take mayonnaise. Add salt, black pepper powder, red chili sauce, chili flakes, oregano, kashmiri red chili powder, garlic paste and chopped onion.
  • STEP 5.5) Add milk and combine well and prepare semithick sauce.
  • STEP 6.6)In a serving plate arrange potatoes. Pour prepared sauce over them. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and some chopped onion. Sprinkle some chilli flakes and enjoy delicious cajun spiced potato at home.
