Ingredients for Bread pakoda Recipe

  • 2 Pieces Bread slices
  • 1 Pieces Potatoes
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.13 teaspoon crushed green chilies
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Dhania jeera powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup 1•5 cup besan
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon ajwain
  • 1/4 tablespoon Kasoori methi
  • 0.06 teaspoon Soda bicarbonate
  • as required reen chutney as required
  • as required Oil for frying

Directions: Bread Pakoda Recipe

  • STEP 1.1) Boil potatoes in pressure cooker. Remove skin and mash them.
  • STEP 2.2) Add salt, red chili powder, dhania jeera powder, garam masala powder, lemon juice, crushed green chilies and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well. Stuffing is ready.
  • STEP 3.3) In a mixing bowl take besan. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, ajwain and kasoori methi. Add water gradually and prepare lumpfree semithick batter.
  • STEP 4.4)Take two bread slices. Apply prepared Stuffing on one slice and green chutney on other slice. Close together.
  • STEP 5.5) prepare all slices like this and cut into four parts.
  • STEP 6.6) Now add soda bicarbonate into batter and mix well. Dip each slices in batter and deep fry in hot oil till golden.
  • STEP 7.7) yummy bread pakoda is ready to serve. Serve hot with green chutney, red garlic chutney or tomato sauce.
