Ingredients for Mexican fried rice Recipe

  • 0.33 tablespoon Oil
  • 0.33 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 g Crushed garlic cloves
  • 0.33 Pieces piece finely chopped onion
  • 0.08 cup Tomato puree
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.33 teaspoon Dhania jeera powder
  • 0.67 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 0.17 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 0.33 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
  • 0.33 teaspoon Sugar
  • 0.33 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 0.33 teaspoon Oregano
  • 0.33 g piece finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 0.67 tablespoon Finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 0.67 tablespoon Finely chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 0.11 cup boiled american corn kernels
  • 0.17 cup Cooked rajma beans
  • 0.67 cups Boiled rice
  • 0.33 tablespoon Chopped coriander leaves
  • 0.67 tablespoon Grated processed cheese

Directions: Mexican Fried Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.In a wok heat oil and butter. Add crushed garlic cloves and saute for sometimes.
  • STEP 2.Add finely chopped onion and saute until onion turns translucent. Add tomato puree and saute until oil separates.
  • STEP 3.Add red chili powder, dhania jeera powder, black pepper powder, sugar, red chili flakes, oregano and tomato ketchup. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped green, red and yellow bell pepper, American corn kernels and cooked rajma beans.
  • STEP 5.Add splash of water if mixture seems dry.
  • STEP 6.Add boiled rice and salt and mix well.
  • STEP 7.Cook for couple of minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and some processed cheese.
  • STEP 8.Serve Mexican fried rice with some nachis
