STEP 1.Heat 3 tbsp oil in kadai. Add jeera, bay leaf, black pepper, elaichi big and small, dalchini, long and cook for 1 minute.
STEP 2.Add onion, ginger, garlic and cook till golden. Add tomato, green chilli and mix. Cover and cook for few minutes. Cook till the tomatoes and other spices are properly cooked. Switch off the gas and let it cool.
STEP 3.Add this in mixer jar and grind it to a paste.
STEP 4.Add raw bananas and 1/2 glass water in pressure cooker. Cover and cook for 1 whistle. Raw bananas are boiled. Cool it and drain the water.
STEP 5.Add raw bananas in bowl, peel and mash them. Add besan, green chilli, coriander leaves and salt. Mix it into a thick batter.
STEP 6.Heat oil in a kadhai. Make small balls from the batter and fry in hot oil on medium heat. Fry till golden.
STEP 7.Heat 5 tbsp oil in kadhai. Add grounded madala paste and fry for a minute. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves and cook for 2 minutes.
STEP 8.Now add 1 glass water and let it boil. Add kofta. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or till the koftas are soft. Add coriander leaves and switch off the gas.
STEP 9.Raw banana kofta curry is ready. Serve with roti, rice.
