Ingredients for Mix veg rawa appe Recipe

  • 1/4 g Ingredients
  • 1 g Servings
  • 1/4 cup Rawa
  • 0.13 cup Whisked curd
  • 1/2 tbsp Frozen peas
  • 1/2 tbsp Grated carrot
  • 1/4 Pieces tomato chopped fresh finely (optional)
  • 1/2 g 2-3 g
  • 0.13 tsp Grated ginger
  • 1.25 As Required Corindar
  • handful Coriander leaves
  • 1/4 As Required sachet fruit salt
  • 1/4 g as needed Oil/ghee
  • As Required As needed water
  • to taste Pink salt

Directions: Mix Veg Rawa Appe Recipe

  • STEP 1.[5/17, 10:54 PM] Shipra Mehrotra: In a mixing bowl, add rawa, whisked curd, mix and keep aside for 5-10mins.(in jiffy dein no need to rest the batter)
  • STEP 2.Add peas, carrot,ginger,green chillies, tomato, curry leaves, coriander leaves and salt to taste,add some water, if the batter is too thick and bring it to the medium thick consistency.
  • STEP 3.Add fruit salt and mix in one direction.
  • STEP 4.Heat up a appe patra/mould and grease up wdh oil in each groove
  • STEP 5.[5/17, 10:55 PM] Shipra Mehrotra: Add one spoonful of batter in each groove/cavity and fill up each grooves.
  • STEP 6.Drizzle some oil on each upper layer of the batter & close wdh a steam releasing lid on low flame & let it cook for atleast 1-2minutes.
  • STEP 7.Flip on the other side or the bottom layer too for 1minute.
  • STEP 8.Take out in a serving dish and enjoy the mixed vegetables appe wdh any coconut chutney of ur choice...
