Ingredients for Sabudane aalu ki tikki Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Soaked sabudana
  • 0.33 Pieces Boiled potato
  • 0.33 g Ginger and green chilli paste
  • 0.17 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.08 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.67 tbsp Rajgara Atta
  • As Required salt as per taste

Directions: Sabudane Aalu Ki Tikki Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak the sabudana for 2 hours.
  • STEP 2.Boil the potatoes, then peel and mash them. Keep aside.
  • STEP 3.Drain out the water from the sabudana. No water should remain in it, otherwise the mixture will start to leave water.
  • STEP 4.Take a bowl, add in the sabudana and mashed potato, then add in all the spices, ginger-chilli paste in it. Take some amount of mixture and give it pattice shapes or any shape of your choice.
  • STEP 5.Heat the oil and deep fry these pattices.
  • STEP 6.Serve them hot with any coriander chutney
