Ingredients for Palak soup Recipe

  • 1/2 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 1/2 As Required Salt
  • 1/2 g ▢1 clove g
  • 1/2 As Required Salt according to need
  • 1/2 cup ▢¼ cup
  • 1/2 cup ▢½ cup
  • to taste
  • 1/2 tsp ▢½ tsp
  • 1/2 tsp ▢½ tsp sug
  • 1/2 tbsp ▢1 tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp ▢1 tsp

Directions: Palak Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.[5/19, 12:01 PM] Shipra Mehrotra: firstly, in a large kadai, add butter and tej leaf. saute till it turns aromatic.
  • STEP 2.furthermore, add finely chopped onions and garlic. saute till they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 3.additionally, add palak leaves. make sure to cut the stem and clean before you use.
  • STEP 4.[5/19, 12:02 PM] Shipra Mehrotra: saute on medium flame for a minute till they shrink in size.
  • STEP 5.furthermore, allow to cool completely and remove bay leaf.
  • STEP 6.transfer the mixture to blender and blend to smooth puree adding water as required.
  • STEP 7.now further transfer the blended puree to the same kadai.
  • STEP 8.[5/19, 12:03 PM] Shipra Mehrotra: also add half cup of milk.
  • STEP 9.add salt and give a good mix.
  • STEP 10.furthermore, get the puree to boil.
  • STEP 11.add crushed black pepper and sugar.
  • STEP 12.also add corn flour paste and give a quick stir. to prepare corn flour paste, stir 1 tbsp of corn starch with ¼ cup water and make a paste out of it. add it to the soup accordingly. stir again and check the consistency. the more corn starch you add the more thick your soup will be.
  • STEP 13.then pour the soup in serving bowl and top with fresh cream
  • STEP 14.finally, enjoy the piping hot palak soup.
