  • 1/4 g Ingredients
  • 62.50 gms Paneer (or Tofu)
  • 1/4 inch Cut into
  • 1/2 Pieces Medium onions
  • 1/4 Pieces Finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoons 1½ teaspoons chopped Ging
  • 3/4 g 3-4 g
  • 3/4 Pieces Medium tomatoes
  • 1.50 Pieces Green corindar leaves
  • 1/4 Pieces soaked in water for
  • 1/4 Pieces small piece of Bay Leaf
  • 1/2 g reen chillies
  • 1/4 g slit lengthwise
  • 0.13 cup Full fat milk
  • 1/2 teaspoons Kasuri Methi (dry fenugreek leaves)
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Coriander powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon or to taste Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoons Fresh Cream (or homemade malai)
  • 1/2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 tablespoons Oil
  • to taste Salt

  • STEP 1.[5/18, 12:06 PM] Shipra Mehrotra: If you are using frozen paneer cubes, then defrost them.
  • STEP 2.step-1
  • STEP 3.Grind 2 medium onion (chopped), 1½ teaspoons chopped ginger and 3-4 garlic in a grinder and make onion paste. Grind 6-8 soaked cashew nuts with 2 tablespoons water to make cashew nut paste. Make the tomato puree by crushing the 3 medium tomatoes in the blender or mixer grinder. You can blanch the tomatoes before making the puree for better result.
  • STEP 4.[5/18, 5:21 PM] Shipra Mehrotra: [5/18, 5:11 PM] Bauan.Ptidev: Heat 2 table spoon cooking oil and two table spoons butter in a non stick frying pen over medium flame. And onion paste and one small bay leaf and salute until onion paste turns light brown for approx 4_5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Add to green chillies and one tea spoon red chilli powder and saute for 30 _ 40 seconds and cashew .nut paste.
  • STEP 6.Stir and cook for 2 minutes.
  • STEP 7.And tomato Puri and cook until oil starts to separate from the puree.it will take around 3_4 minutes.
  • STEP 8.[5/18, 5:17 PM] Bauan.Ptidev: Add 1 table spoon corinder powder and 1/2
  • STEP 9.table spoon garam masala powder and mix well.
  • STEP 10.Add 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup water and salt mix and cook until oil comes on the surface or for approx 4-5 minutes.
  • STEP 11.Add 250 grams paneer cubes to teaspoons kasuri methi and cook for approx 2 minutes or until you get the desired consistency of gravy.
  • STEP 12.Add two table spoons fresh cream.
  • STEP 13.Mix properly and turn of the flame.
