STEP 4.Heat oil n 1 tbs butter in a pan. Splutter cumin. Put ginger garlic paste. Fry for a while. Add onions and turmeric. Fry till onion changes color.
STEP 5.Add tomatoes, capsicum, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt. Fry till tpmatoes become mushy.
STEP 6.Now mix in cooked veggies...mashed potatoes . Water n masala powder. Let boil.
STEP 7.Add the remaining butter, close with a lid till butter melts on low flame for 2-3 min.
STEP 8.Mix well once again.Switch off. Add chopped coriander leaves.
