Ingredients for Bread upma Recipe

  • 2 cups cups bread
  • 1/4 cup Onion slices
  • 1/4 cup cup capsicum
  • 1/4 cup Chopped tomato
  • 1/4 tbsp chopped green chilli
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • as required Salt
  • 1/4 tbsp Lemon
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 tsp Urad Dal
  • 1/2 tsp Mustard
  • 1/2 tbsp Curry leaves

Directions: Bread Upma Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan.
  • STEP 2.Fry urad dal & splutter mustard.
  • STEP 3.Add curry leaves, turmeric & green chillies.
  • STEP 4.Fry green chillies for a while.
  • STEP 5.Add all veggies & salt.
  • STEP 6.Saute till tender.
  • STEP 7.Add sugar, lemon ..stir well.
  • STEP 8.Add bread pieces...mix well.
  • STEP 9.Keep on low flame for 5 min. stirring occasionally.
  • STEP 10.Add coriander leaves...turn off heat.
  • STEP 11.Serve hot.
