Ingredients for Potato sandwich Recipe

  • 1/2 cups Mashed potato
  • 0.13 cup Chopped onion
  • 0.13 cup Chopped capsicum
  • 0.13 cup Grated carrot
  • 1/4 tbsp Oil
  • as required Butter
  • 1/4 tsp Chaat masala powder
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tbsp green chilli paste
  • as required Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
  • as required Bread slices

Directions: Potato Sandwich Recipe

  • STEP 1.Fry ginger garlic grren chilli paste in oil till raw smell goes.
  • STEP 2.Add finely chopped onion n capsicum ...sauté till light brown.
  • STEP 3.Add salt, chaat masala powder , mashed potatoes ..mix well..turn off flame.
  • STEP 4.Butter the bread slices.
  • STEP 5.Sandwich 2 slices with potato stuffing in centre.
  • STEP 6.Place this in sandwich maker till done.
  • STEP 7.Enjoy hot!
