- 0.33 cup Mashed potato
- 0.33 tsp Chopped Green chillies
- 0.33 tsp Chaat masala powder
- 0.33 tsp Red chilli powder
- 0.33 tsp Turmeric
- as required Salt
- 0.67 tbsp Rice flour
- as required Oil
- 0.17 cup Chopped onion
- 0.17 cup Bread crumbs
- 0.17 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

How to Make Leftover Upma Cutlets Recipe
STEP 01
Heat 1 tbs oil in a pan.
STEP 02
Fry ginger garlic paste till raw smell goes.
STEP 03
Add onion & green chillies...turmeric & salt.
STEP 04
Fry till translucent.
STEP 05
Add mashed upma.
STEP 06
Also add red chilli powder , chaat masala.
STEP 07
Give a good mix.
STEP 08
Cook for 2 min.
STEP 09
Add mashed potatoes.
STEP 10
Mix & cook for a min.
STEP 11
Turn off heat.
STEP 12
Once cool devide into small portions.
STEP 13
Flatten a bit & coat with bread crumbs.
STEP 14
Shallow fry both sides on hot tawa using oil till golden brown.
STEP 15
Serve hot.
