Ingredients for Leftover upma cutlets Recipe

  • 0.33 cup Upma
  • 0.33 cup Mashed potato
  • 0.33 tsp Chopped Green chillies
  • 0.33 tsp Chaat masala powder
  • 0.33 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 0.33 tsp Turmeric
  • as required Salt
  • 0.67 tbsp Rice flour
  • as required Oil
  • 0.17 cup Chopped onion
  • 0.17 cup Bread crumbs
  • 0.17 tbsp Ginger garlic paste

Directions: Leftover Upma Cutlets Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat 1 tbs oil in a pan.
  • STEP 2.Fry ginger garlic paste till raw smell goes.
  • STEP 3.Add onion & green chillies...turmeric & salt.
  • STEP 4.Fry till translucent.
  • STEP 5.Add mashed upma.
  • STEP 6.Also add red chilli powder , chaat masala.
  • STEP 7.Give a good mix.
  • STEP 8.Cook for 2 min.
  • STEP 9.Add mashed potatoes.
  • STEP 10.Mix & cook for a min.
  • STEP 11.Turn off heat.
  • STEP 12.Once cool devide into small portions.
  • STEP 13.Flatten a bit & coat with bread crumbs.
  • STEP 14.Shallow fry both sides on hot tawa using oil till golden brown.
  • STEP 15.Serve hot.
