Ingredients for Mixed veg pav bhaji Recipe

  • 0.33 cups Potatoes
  • 0.08 cup Cauliflower
  • 0.08 cup Carrots
  • 0.08 cup Green peas
  • 0.08 cup cut ridge gourd
  • 0.08 cup cut bottle gourd
  • 0.33 cup Finely chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup Tomato puree
  • 0.08 cup Chopped capsicum
  • 2.50 pieces Garlic
  • 0.17 inch Ginger
  • 0.33 tbsp pavbaji masala powder
  • 0.08 tbsp Roasted cumin powder
  • 0.08 tbsp Redchilli powder
  • 0.17 tbsp Oil
  • 0.67 tbsp Butter
  • 0.17 tsp Cumin
  • as required Salt
  • 0.17 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/25 cup Chopped coriander leaves

Directions: Mixed Veg Pav Bhaji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Into pressure cooker add all veggies except onion & tomato. Add potato cubes on top...cook till soft.
  • STEP 2.Once cool remove potatoes & grind other veggies. Mash potatoes.
  • STEP 3.Paste together ginger and garlic.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil n 1 tbs butter in a pan. Splutter cumin. Put ginger garlic paste. Fry for a while. Add onions and turmeric. Fry till onion changes color.
  • STEP 5.Add tomatoes, capsicum, red chilli powder, cumin powder, salt. Fry till tpmatoes become mushy.
  • STEP 6.Now mix in cooked veggies...mashed potatoes . Water n masala powder. Let boil.
  • STEP 7.Add the remaining butter, close with a lid till butter melts on low flame for 2-3 min.
  • STEP 8.Mix well once again.Switch off. Add chopped coriander leaves.
